These last couple months Aben has:
- Loved ghosts, especially during Halloween and through till November. It was actually pretty creepy sometimes... Our house is old and creaky and I am alone with the kids a lot while Sean is at school. He would frequently say, "Mom, look I see a ghost", or "Mom, what's that noise? Oh, its a ghost...LOOK!" Yeah, that's one way to freak out a stay-at-home mom!
- Loves robots! He is really obsessed with robots. He had robot pj's, shirts, toys, and loves all and any robot shows.
- Loves getting you with the "tickle bug"! He will come and start to tickle you and say how the tickle bug is getting us....He also loves when we get him with the tickle bug
- Is starting to go potty in the toilet! I think we will start potty training really soon!
- Loves playing with his cousins...especially with toy guns so he can "get all the bad guys" :)
- Knows his colors and is getting really good with the ABC's and counting.
- Is really getting into imaginative play now. I love listening to his cute pretend play!
- With knowing his colors, he loves pointing out what colors his toys are now. But one day, he was sitting on my lap and said..."Momma, big blue eyes! So beautiful." Melted my heart!
- When Aben does something that could be dangerous...I say "that makes me nervous Aben". Well, apparently I say that a lot, cause he now says "Makes me nervous!" when we play with his toys and he doesn't want us to.
- Loves answering questions "I don't know either!"... in his little voice, this is just too cute!
- Loves his made up word "minute". Yes that is a real word, but not the way he uses it. He just says this word so we tickle him
Always wakes up with "poofy" crazy hair. (Aben always calls his hair poofy!)
He has to sleep with as many stuffed animals as possible. Sometimes this is the reason he falls out of bed...its too full!!!
Loving his gown at the doctor's office for his two (well, two and a half) year check up.
Nothing is better than licking the frosting off the beater when making gingerbread men!
He is always wanting to show Noah the games he plays on "his" ipad (he gets upset if we call it mommy's ipad :) ).
